In January of this year my abuser discarded me on the hospital while I was on oxygen after 8 years of being his stay at home gf.
He then put an ex parte order of protection out for himself and our daughter claiming I* was the abuser. Our daughter is non verbal autistic and doesn't deserve the mind games and harshness of his punishments.
After 9 months of court and my abuser withholding our daughter, my new attorney needs a 4,000 dollar retainer fee.
My attorney says that his feet need to be held to the fire so that he is forced to let me see our daughter. But that there is a time limit. I have to make this money in one month.
I am in my third trimester of pregnancy with serious health issues but I am working as much as I physically can. Anything you can donate would greatly help me get custody of MapleMae. She doesn't deserve to be in that horrid household. When I left there was no running water or the bases for a livable environment.

But he's at work non stop and she's with her grandmother who is over 65 and doesn't have the right OR the knowledge to raise an autistic child.
I'm begging anyone to help me get custody of my little girl.
