On December 10th shortly after 8am, my sister, Jennifer’s home was completely destroyed in a fire. The house went up very quickly and collapsed the entire roof and second floor.
We thank God greatly that everyone was off to work and school and that there was no loss of human life.
TFD arrived quickly and rescued Maximus, the families ESA and he is OK! However, we have been unable to locate Tinkerbell & Perry, the family cats.
We remain hopeful and prayerful that we find them unharmed!
Jennifer rented the home and does have renters insurance but it will be a small dent in what was lost. Besides Jennifer, her husband Michael and teen daughter Sierra (14) living there; Michels mother Kay and Michael’s niece Kylie (16) and nephew Cadien (19) live with them after the death of his sister.
Jennifer is an AMAZING woman! She also cares for her aging parents at their home and dealing with one of them having Dementia which is devastating by itself but now their home is gone.. I know with all of us wrapping our arms around them with love and support and God that there is NOTHING too great to handle! ♥️♥️
They literally walked away with the clothes on their back and vehicle. So many things are needed! We will be updating as fast as we can! The immediate needs are clothing, school supplies, daily essentials like hairbrushes, toothpaste.. everything really! We are working from the ashes to help them rise!
