In May 27, 2021 I was working at Fry's as a security guard, I was attacked by a Individual that was parked in the fire line.  She was in the get away car for the shoplifter inside.  She pulled the race card on me.  She accused me of being prejudiced, I only saw the gold car when I approached, she spat in my face, and began to strike me with her fists.  I blocked and she pushed as I was backing away.  I went down hard.  Then is when the employees came out to help.  I, however, fractured my 5th metacarpal end bone. (Pinky bone in the palm) But due to the video being funky (only saw shadows) she and her partner got away.  I quit in October from that employer as they were treating like it was my fault, was injured. I was only following orders from the manager of the store.   I went to the VA hospital.  Went to occupational therapy.  In August, they discovered a tumer in my head.  In December, as I was working the tumer raised it's ugly head. I ended up having the tumer removed as an emergency.  Having just just changed jobs, I had no insurance.  I was in the hospital for the entire month of January.  What was not covered by the Veterans Admin.  I have to pay.... I am in ourpatient rehab., No job and no money coming in due the government wanting to wait until July for decision-making...  Applied for Food Stamps: denied; Applied for Medicaid: denied. After the surgery, my right side of my body is not functioning properly.
