I took these five little puppies from a lady in the Walmart parking lot because their bellies were extended to the point they were about to explode and I knew they needed help. We wormed them immediately and within a couple days they were doing better. Fast forward to today and they were Lethargic and not wanting to eat throwing up and watery stools. I rushed them to the vet and they are parvo positive two are in extreme danger of not making it the other three are very sick as well but not as bad. My intention when I got them was to eventually get them into rescue but here I am now with the low end $2000 bill that could grow. I'm at home with my special needs son and we are a one income family right now. It breaks my heart to think that if I can't raise enough money and my funds run out that I may have to stop their treatment.

Update: I have paid out $500 of my own money and with the help of $225 in donations and money from my family we still need $1100. The vet is working with me but needs something paid every week but I'm unable to pay anything else this month. I don't want to burn the bridge of trust with this vet in case I have another emergency. So if you can help even if it's just $5 I'll greatly appreciate it.

I'd like to thank everyone who has donated so far. I don't know if you have seen my post updates but we lost all the puppies.😭 I'm beyond heart broken. The last little guy fought so hard for 7 days but in the end the vet recommended letting him going because she believe his brain function was deteriorating due to the lack of protein for so long and she didn't think that he would have a good quality of life even if he survived. It was one of the hardest decisions I had to make. This is going to hit me very hard financially but even though these were not my puppies I don't think I could've slept at night if I wouldn't have given them a chance. Luckily the vet is going to work with me on payments but I won't know they finally bill until Tuesday. As of last Monday it was $1,100. The vet graciously handled the cremation of the 4 other puppies. We have decided to bring the last one home and give him a proper burial on our property. Thank you again💕
