Hey you guys the Dr wouldn't let me work for over a month already. 

Then I needed surgery on my spine this Friday April 11. They put 8 screws in my back and neck

Everything is just a mess now, I have no income who knows when disability goes through. It's not even submitted yet.

Whatever amount you can help me and my family with I appreciate so much. Health insurance doesn't pay for my family to get a Uber over to visit me.
