I’m Rissa, I’m an 20 year old artist, photographer, & model. I’ve been doing this since I was eighteen, and by the age of twenty I am lucky enough to be able to do this as my job. I am taking on the task of directing, filming, casting and creating my first short film independently with really no budget. This has been something I have been really wanting to do for a long time. I really don’t need a large budget for this, I mainly want to raise the money to pay my helpers for their work towards my film. To cover traveling fees, cost of materials, and additional film equipment. (seamstresses, fees for shooting locations, props, etc.)
To create this I have gathered a small team of some of my most creative, like minded, talented friends. As well as the actors and additional crew, our team is small. I want to be able to give them whatever small compensation I can, even if that means getting their gas covered on their way to shooting day.
If I could proceed with this project it would be an absolute dream come true, and a real break for me. I have been working on this project for quite some time and I am super emotionally attached to it.
