Dear Community,
I am humbly reaching out during one of the hardest times my family has faced. I recently moved my children into a new home after facing homelessness, hoping for a fresh start and stability for my family. Unfortunately, I was depending on the return of my security deposit from a previous landlord to help cover our moving expenses, and the remaining balance owed on our new home. I usually work as I am on disability as well but due to a recent medical emergency I have not been able to work and provide. I am a single mother.
I recently started a new job but I would like to catch up on bills or I will just be working to pay off bills and never have anything to put into my home or family.
My son just had a birthday and we couldn’t celebrate him. Raising this money would really help us out big. I still owe $1,500 toward our housing costs, and my children are in need of beds etc.
As a mother, it hurts not being able to provide everything my children need when I have always have. I am doing all I can to stay strong and keep moving forward, but right now we truly need help.
Any donation, support, prayers, school supplies, furniture, or shares of this fundraiser would mean more than words can express. Every little bit helps my family get back on our feet and gives my children a more stable and comfortable start in our new home.
