I need help meeting a deadline by the end of this week/early next week to pay for my apartment rent debt, and avoid a court preceding (Ex Parté). I fell behind in January-February this year after making six months of payments on time for a legal repayment settlement of rent and arrears. I am being asked to vacate or pay my current debt of three months rent and now out of time. I have only a portion to date and have asked many for help as a loan or gift. I am seeking more work as a long term solution to resolve my financial challenges (full-time as a designer in product development, on the verge of getting a new temp job as a teacher) but that will not pay me soon enough. I am also awaiting retro-pay for a job as HS Tennis Coach last fall, which set me back seriously. Winter is tough as a tennis coach, even here in sunny California, which does not help. I am a city employee with limited work hours and seeking more career opportunities and income commensurate to my education, skills and experience.
