-24 degree weather cause piped to break in my neighbor's apartment and flood the building.  My ceilings have caved in and everything I own is sitting in 3 inches of water. Everything is destroyed. All my clothes, boots, my linens, mattresses beds furniture tvs laptop everything is gone
