Zion is a bright, kind-hearted boy who loves math, drawing, and asking big questions about the world. He dreams of becoming a scientist one day—not for fame or fortune, but because he wants to help people. He wants to “make the world better,” in his own words.
But right now, Zion needs help.
He lives with his single mother and two younger siblings in a small apartment where every day is a struggle. His mom is doing everything she can, working long hours just to keep the lights on. But even with all her effort, it’s hard to afford the basics—school supplies, clothes that fit, a working tablet or laptop for homework, and sometimes even food.
Zion often goes to school without the materials he needs. He tries his best, but he’s falling behind—not because he’s not smart, but because he simply doesn’t have the same tools other kids do.
What Zion does have is a huge heart, a love of learning, and a dream that refuses to die. And that’s where you come in.
