Hello everyone,

With the heaviest emotions,
Our family lost a sweet soul this morning.
Vivienne has passed away.

We will have a funeral when we have more details but until then, we have no other information to share at this time.

For those who were made aware earlier and showed up for us, thank you. For those who didn't know until now, there's just not enough time in a day to share this heaviness.

Thank you all for all the prayers and adventure that was shared with us as we celebrated the time we had with her.

We don't know what we need or want right now. We know and appreciate your hearts are in the right place. Please no bombarding with questions.

I won't share her photo of her passing but I'll share a recent photo of our sweet girl.

She's so loved and in Heaven now.

We have had some people reach out about wanting to help with funeral expenses (and thank you deeply),

We (Jeff & Trish Moore) are reaching out to ask for help for our sister and brother-in-love and nieces; Edward, Julie, Isabella, Harley, and Baby Vivi.

Baby Vivi, (Vivienne Calhoun) was born on 1/1/2024.  She was such a sweet addition to the Calhoun family. She passed from this life on March 6, 2025.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in providing comfort and assistance to this precious family.

Thank you for considering supporting Baby Vivis memorial expenses. Please keep Edward, Julie, Harley, and Isabella in your prayers. Your kindness and compassion mean more than words can express.

Please help support this family, we love them so very much!  Vivi is in the arms of the Lord, playing with the angels giving that big smile she would always give you.  We miss her so!!!

Whether you can donate or not, please please pray for our family and share.

Sincerely,

Jeff & Trish Moore

Good morning everyone,

Thank you so much for the donations!!!  As of this moment we have raised $2110.00. We are getting closer and closer for the first deposit for Baby Vivi's memorial expenses.

The total amount $3,912 it is showing includes funds raised back in 2024 while Vivi was in the hospital and the multiple trips back and forth.  We are reusing that campaign as it allows you a peek into the life of our beautiful niece and it just seemed like the way to go.

Please keep praying, sharing, and donating!

God Bless,

Jeff & Trish Moore

Saturday, July 6th ❤️‍🩹🪡💝 Vivi Update

Monday is the day she can come home! 🥳 🎉 🎊

Viv is off all monitors, now! Her echo, ekg, and xray have came back beautiful and has blown away the nurses at how amazing her results are!

She gets her last dose of clonidine Monday morning to complete her wean. She will be going home on Lasix 2x a day, Sildenafil 3x a day, then Tyenol as needed! Her cardiologist will continue follow ups over the process of decreasing her meds as she continues on healing.

There was an attempted swallow study to view Viv's intakes but she still has an aversion to the bottle.  She will be going home on NG feeds but we can continue to practice giving her a bottle and making positive oral stimulation to encourage her.  We may also practice with purees, still.  We were told that it can take some time to get over the aversion to bottles after a child had a breathing tube and they eventually will want it again.

She's teething and gnawing on everything!
She's a chatterbox!
She's giggling now!!!!

Yay for milestones!

4th of July 🇺🇸 Vivi Update!

She's doing great! Very little each day over the last few so I was waiting to update til I could put all together!

Viv is now on Floor 11! She's off the nasal canula and back to room air breathing.

She is still being weaned with her clonidine. Her pain has been pretty low, though. She will be going home on sidenifil and goal is to not go home on Lasix but a possibility.

She's been tolerating her 80ml feeds that are every 3 hours via NG. OT will be doing a new swallow study possibly but will be working with her to build bottle and puree-eating skills. She is on fortified feeds still but won't be as stressful with the push to gain as much weight like we had to do before surgery.

She's on no limitations on how she can be held, rolled over, in a carseat, or anything 💝

Nurses have begun going over post-surgery wound care to prep for discharge, however, that will still be probably another week, or hopefully midweek, that she can come home.

Viv is starting to giggle! She's teething like crazy. SO smiley! Sweet girl is so strong and I am so excited to see her next bunch of milestones she will be tackling!

I still am not over how she's already HALF A YEAR OLD!

Saturday 6/30 Update:

I forgot to post yesterday! My bad. No news is usually good news, though!
My brain is 😵‍💫🥴🤪🫣

Vivienne is off of her scuba mask as of last night and back to nasocanula! She's doing all her breathing on her own and she's getting weaned off the sildenafil.  It was used to open up her airways when she had the minor atelectstasis.

Vivienne's lung is better. They kept her on that scuba mask an extra day to be sure and so she's good now.

She's off that dreaded diruil and got to being her electrolytes back again now because of it. She's at her max for Lasix at .5 every 6 hours. Tomorrow should be changed to every 8 hours. It's no longer drip/IV given and considered oral now.

She's at her goal of 27ml per hour for feeds. She's still being fed NJ (nasojejunal [intestine]) and we haven't decided yet when to transfer back to NG (stomach).

Viv is at 5kg for weight and hasn't brought much weight on after her loss but she's had to fast multiple times and that's a contributing factor.

Viv will still be in ICU until she's fully off sedative meds. She's off of morphine and dexmedetomidine. Little withdrawals today. She's on oxy and clonidine to help with pain and eventually be weaned off that. Her oxy is less - I forgot if it's 2x a day or 1x a day now.
