In current times, a major topic of conversation is the economy. Friends, family, and people of our community are struggling to feed their families, let alone their fur babies. Too many loving, caring homes are having to rehome and when they can’t find someone, they choose the shelter. Shelters are overwhelmed and overcrowded. Leaving many pets who were once considered someone’s “baby” abandoned and many times to DIE.
No family should have to choose to leave someone they love, over fear of not knowing where the next meal will come from.
My hope is to help those who want, need it, and would really appreciate it in and around Mid Michigan. With your funds, I hope to acquire a food stand as well as help keep it stocked. This will be a food pantry type place for our four legged friends.
Families who need the help will be able to get the kibble/pet food they need. People who are able to help will also be able to leave donations at the stand.
With the spirit of giving around the corner, please consider donating to help our worthy cause because like our human loved ones, no pets should go hungry either.
