Hi everyone! :)
I’m Kisa Motiwala, and I’m raising funds for heart research and scholarships through the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women x Miss America collaboration!
This initiative raises both research dollars and tuition scholarships—empowering women to live longer, healthier lives while supporting their academic goals.
Heart health is deeply personal to me because of my grandfather and uncles, whose experiences living with coronary artery disease since their forties continue to inspire my advocacy. Over the years, I’ve been honored to partner with the Heart of Greater Washington Region—running in the Lawyers Have Heart 5K, walking in the Greater Washington Heart Walk, performing the national anthem at both, and participating in Hearts on the Hill and Congress Has Heart to advocate for stronger heart health policies.
I’ve been proud to consistently fundraise for this cause:
- Top Fundraiser in D.C. (2025)
- Second Highest Fundraiser in D.C. and Nationwide (2024)
- Top 4 D.C. Fundraiser and Top 6 Nationwide Fundraiser (2022)
This year, my goal is to raise $5,000 to continue supporting both lifesaving research and women’s scholarships.
Your support means the world—no donation is too small. Together, we can help end heart disease and empower the next generation of women. ❤️
