I will be adding more video diaries and videos periodically throughout this tough process until the day I get my children back into my arms safety and even then we will make follow up videos! I have been working nonstop as a self taught Pro/Se Litigant in a foreign world to myself the world of legality forced to be forced to learn because I can not find the necessary help nor anyone who won’t just turn their heads at me when they hear the words “Probate Guardianship……of minors”’… you can hardly find anything but case law on the matter even then it’s scarce to find relevance for all the parents in the appellate courts for probate guardianship are either getting their parental rights vacated or they have actually done something horrific or legitimately had a drug and alcohol issue abusive spouse perhaps abusive themselves with the absolute evidence and they’re still granted to speak with their children and have visits even if supervised I have never done any of these things to have considered my family in the place in which the courts and my own sister has failed us to be. I have my parental rights and I never absused nor construed abusive vibes into our lives I never caused any of these issues were unfortunately facing as I have no control and the courts are not allowing me to even speak with my children for jo reason other than my own sisters hearsay and false rumors she had the opportunity for Headstart of the process by bad service never serving me nor informing me creating many falsehoods against me before I ever had the chance at self defense for I hadnot known legal involved guardianship had then commenced nor had I known it was to en obtained which is unequal unfair and unjust I am just bullied in the court room forced to be pushed away from meeting my parental responsibilities and quota making it easier for my sister to adopt my children which she can officially do in six months she is abusing my child her boyfriend reportedly has a ten day sexual abuse charge against him the investigator and social workers report and recommendation mention his siblings had claimed he molested them the alleged victim and perpetrator mother could not be reached how convenient aye? Never further looked into never again mentioned and I’m the problem some how , this entire situation goes upon. Way broader grounds then I could ever possibly describe creating a nightmare of my reality it’s a story that no one would truly believe unless they were here witnessing it as my friend says he too would not believe what is happening as an outsider looking in but he’s experienced nearly all of it since day one and he too is in shock by the misconduct mistreatment
abuse descretion and the amount of fraud the courts are simply allowing my sister to just walk free from a clear example is I went to the investigator out of concern my daughters swollen shut eye in a photo graph my sister sent me he states it looks swollen promisss to investigate the issue instead as soon as I leave he tells the suspected abuser of my child everything. I had gone to him confidentially about and risks my daughters safety that much more never bothers to tell me she’s okay instead makes the dishonest suggestion to the judge the photograph must be altered by me? Oh yes what about the videos And millions of other photographs and comments made by my own child believe me he’s wrong and he doesn’t care no one seems to care they just want to bully the pro se mother who hasn’t enough time in the world to possibly jam all the education in the world that lawyers take many years to learn I have no teacher and I’m running out of time! Another example I had warned the courts clerks investigator judges police as well cps and fbi prior I had fears my sister is a flight risk and great fear she would be taking off with my children no one listened swatted me away like a pest and a liar sure enough just two short days before evidentiary hearing she sold her home and took off with my children to an unknown location. I haven’t talked to my children in 10 months I haven’t got to see them in nearly two years for what? Nothing at all no reason behind other than a very selfish malicious and evil woman I used to call my sister !!!! Financial gain? Fill a void!? Perhaps most definitely both bottom line my children are not safe at all!!! I have found lawyers to help the most affordable and sufficient enough one my mom has found just the other day together my mom and I have 1,100 to get us started only it takes 1,000 to start each case since the children’s cases are heard differently and all together ranging from 7000 and up! We are desperately seeking and trying to obtain and sell our stuff do what ever we can to raise enough money in the short duration that we have this lawyer he is aggressive he states he does not like to lose and he fights fraudulent adoptions on the daily all around and he’s kind knowledgeable and again aggressive!!! He allowed me to speak he listened and took note he is smart and swift and we truly need his help any help someone dedicated to getting the children back my children need to come home everyday is. A night mare I am so scared for them! Anything would help truly anything even just prayers and in your positive thoughts of hope for their return home safely would be greatly appreciated just the acknowledgement alone is widely appreciated thank you for taking time out of your day/night to listen to me rant and watching my videos I’d really like to spread awareness of this type of issue at face addressing its not just elderly guardianship that can be abusive and it’s not just of estates nor money sometimes people who crave to have their own children will in return steal others and like some sort of mental illness begin to believe those children are theres and always have been it’s sickening and my children truly do NOT need to be around this SICK and twisted woman who is abusive narcissistic and clearly highly mentally unstable to say the very least .
