Rufus is a mixed breed pup that's 11 months old and has a congenital condition that makes his eyelids fold inward. The only way to fix this issue for this very sweet loving boy is to have surgery. If he doesn't receive it he will lose his eyesight. I am a school bus driver that does not make enough to do anything besides reg vet visits, so I am asking for your help please.
