Dawn Casey is a United Airlines flight attendant that has been diagnosed with brain cancer. She needs help to pay for 24 hour care as insurance will only pay for 4 hours right now and finding a nurse that will only work the 4 hours has proven difficult. We are wanting help with the 24 hour care so she is able to stay home with her dog Shaker and her cats Larry and Lucy. Any help is much appreciated!
