Hi everyone! My name Is Jasmine Kelly, and I am Miss North Texas' Teen! I am a recent graduate for Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and I am attending Texas A&M this fall. My talent for the Miss Texas' Teen competition is a lyrical dance. My Service Initiative is called Beautiful Scars. Beautiful scars is all about embracing unique physical and emotional scars to help find confidence! Not only have I earned academic scholarships, I have also gained incredible interview and public speaking skills, confidence, and found my passion for service.
