I used to think “heart health” just meant surviving the mile in PE. Now, I know it means something much bigger.
The partnership between the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women and Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation is about more than wearing red—it’s about giving women the chance to live longer, stronger, and chase the opportunities they’ve worked so hard for.
As someone balancing school, stage, and way too many commitments, I’ve learned that you can’t pursue big dreams without a strong foundation—and that starts with your health.
That’s why this collaboration matters to me. It's about empowering women through education while protecting their health.
Through fundraising, I hope to do more than raise money—I want to spark awareness, start conversations, and turn “I didn’t know” into action.
Because a strong heart doesn’t just keep you alive—it helps you make a difference ❤️
