We are a nonprofit sanctuary for animals with disabilities, We started nine years ago with one little dog in a wheelchair in that time we grew to over twenty animals each one with some form of disability. Each of our animals is from rescues from around the country where they were considered unadoptable because of their disability. We have gone to great lengths to bring these pets to our home where they receive unconditional love and all the special care they need. As you can imagine, caring for special needs pets is a lot of work. A full-time job and our own full-time jobs, with many extra expenses along the way. Our most significant expense is our Veterinarian bill, which can get quite high when dealing with animals with special needs. We were keeping the bill manageable but ran into several emergencies that have made the bill very high. And now, our latest emergency was our beloved dog Norah, she was bitten by a poisonous spider and needed intensive care at our vet because of the life-threatening infection that has attacked her leg due to the bite. Once Norah received emergency care that she desperately needed we had to pull her out of the hospital because we couldn't afford the continued daily charges the hospital was charging for her due to lack of funding. We kept Norah's care at home as instructed by the vet.
Please help us with the cost of this medical bill, no amount is too small, what can be donated would be considered immensely generous and greatly appreciated by us and our furry family. Thank You for all your help!
