Hi my name is Yasmine Fermin Rivera. I never thought I would have to do this. I have a lot of health issues Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, fibromyalgia, gastraparsis, and my liver is failing. I had to stop working cause of always being admitted in the hospital. I am about to be on the street with my kids and can't afford my medication. Please please I'm just asking for my friends and family to please help me this once. That way I can get better and start working again. I don't want to live off anyone I just need help to get better so I can work and take care of my family like I always help. For anyone that helps may god bless you.
