Hi, my name is Cody, and I’m a proud father to the most beautiful two-year-old little girl, Elizabeth. She is the light of my life, my reason to keep pushing forward even when things feel heavy. Every smile she gives me reminds me why being her dad is the greatest blessing I’ve ever received.
I’m reaching out because I want to give Elizabeth a baptism day that she can one day look back on with pride. Not because it was expensive or flashy, but because it was filled with love, family, faith, and the kind of memories that show her just how deeply she is cherished.
Right now, I’m just getting by financially. I work hard and do everything I can to provide for her, but after bills, rent, groceries, and the everyday needs of raising a toddler, there isn’t much left over. Even so, my heart is set on making her baptism a meaningful celebration — a day where our family can gather, pray over her, and welcome her into her faith surrounded by warmth and joy.
I imagine her wearing a beautiful little white dress, her tiny hands held gently as she is baptized. I imagine taking photos she can see years from now — pictures that show her dad standing proudly beside her, promising to guide her, protect her, and teach her right from wrong. I want her to know that even when times were tough, I never stopped trying to give her the best of me.
The funds raised will go toward her baptism outfit, church donation, simple decorations, a small reception with close family, and capturing the day with photos she can keep forever. Nothing extravagant — just something heartfelt and dignified. Something that says, “You are loved beyond measure.”
As a father, there’s nothing more important to me than showing Elizabeth that she is worth celebrating. I want her to grow up knowing that her dad did everything he could to make her milestones special, even when money was tight.
If you’re able to help in any way — whether through a donation or simply sharing this page — it would mean more to us than words can express. Your kindness will help create a day filled with faith, family, and memories that will last her entire lifetime.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for being part of Elizabeth’s special journey.
