Friends, family, strangers and fellow Irish Pub-frequenting, beer-loving, whiskey-drinking fanatics... Hello! My husband, Jeff, and I are currently on a mission to rescue a local brewery between Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs. We're not naming it in an effort to protect the current owners' copyright, but message us if you'd like more info!
Here's the scoop. We are currently (okay, Jeff is) working on a business plan to buy the local business and turn it into an Irish Pub. We have to start small! We'd be taking on the business as-is, which is currently only licensed as a brewery, until we can obtain the necessary liquor license to make it a true pub. We would be revamping the inside and adding quite a few lines of income to grow the current business and make it more competitive to it's neighbors. The beer is DELICIOUS already! We don't want to change or mess with the recipes, but will definitely plan to add more options in the future.
So what do we need? We need you! This endeavor will require backing and support from as many people as we can muster. There will be something in it for you! We're thinking a foundation mug for our contributors along with a lifetime supply of beers when you visit our establishment!
