Hello, my name is Mike. I went to the ER back in March to find out what was wrong with my right foot and why I was so dizzy. It turns out that I had a staff infection in my right foot that is spread across my entire body. I spent a month in the hospital, and an amputation, my right foot to save my life.
Now I'm at home and I can't go back to work. I applied for state aid. They told me I do not qualify. I went to aplac, they have said, I do not qualify, you know, SSSD high takes months to happen. I'm gonna lose my apartment and I don't have any money to pay for my meds I've tried all the local churches and other places I'm on a waiting list. Any donations can help with greatly go towards my rent and my medication
