On Friday November 21st my father was rushed to the hospital to what we are assuming was a cardiac attack. They could not get his oxygen level back to where it was needed to be and so he was placed on life support. Unfortunately throughout the night I was informed that due to lack of oxygen his organs were shutting down and he would not go back to the life he lived prior to the hospitalization. After sitting down and speaking to family I had to make the toughest decision of my life to take him off support. My father did not have life insurance, nor did he have any savings sure to his medical care and becoming dependent on me. I have had to stop working because of welcoming my new born girl, who I am so grateful got to meet my dad before all this, but we have no savings to help get my father cremated and sent to New York to be buried alongside his parents as he’s asked. If able anything would be helpful and appreciated during this time! Thank you in advance. My father had so many amazing friends and I love hearing all the stories of the fun and laughter he shared with everyone! It warms my heart to know how much everyone loved him as well!
