Hi, I'm Angie Strevella, and I'm taking a bold step toward building a dream that’s been simmering in my heart for years—Nibble Nook Catering, a mobile treat cart business specializing in curated charcuterie, sweet carts, and event treats designed to bring joy, connection, and flavor to every celebration.
After years of pouring love and energy into serving veterans and families at the Fisher House, I'm ready to serve my community in a new way—through food, creativity, and small, unforgettable moments. Nibble Nook will fall under my LLC, Mad Muffin Happy Cupcake, and I’m ready to grow it into something beautiful.
Here’s where I need your help. To fully launch, I need to purchase two custom carts—versatile enough to serve at weddings, community events, and private parties. I’ve found a trusted cart builder in Texas, but I don’t yet have the funds to make the purchase. This grant and GoFundMe support will directly cover the design, building, and delivery of the carts.
This dream isn’t just mine—it’s rooted in community. My youngest son is on board, and this is our chance to build something sustainable together. I’ve given my all in my full-time work, often without even taking a proper lunch break, and now I’m ready to take the leap into full-time entrepreneurship—with heart, hustle, and your support.
