Hello, my name is Ciera! I am currently 22 & since the age of 18, I’ve been navigating life independently, and recently, I found a job I truly love as an individual provider (caregiver) for a client working approximately 115 hours a month and working on getting a second job.
Despite my dedication, I live paycheck to paycheck with no savings to fall back on. Currently, I have less than $100 to last me the next two weeks. To make matters more challenging, my 30-year-old Nissan has broken down completely. Without a vehicle, I can’t commute to work, run essential errands, or maintain any semblance of stability.
I have no family support to rely on. My father, my only family member, is 65 years old and lives on a severely fixed income. Asking him for financial assistance isn’t an option.
