February 21st
Cooper County Sheriffs deputies killed in front of my mother as she was calling the dogs back my Happy Boy King, this is the third canine of mine they have SHOT the first to pass away.
ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN
RIP KING
February 23rd
After arriving home from taking 2 of my dogs to my veterinary appointment I entered my driveway and exited my vehicle only to be attacked and arrested by Missouri state highway patrol and a Cooper County Sheriff’s deputy.
The deputies would not even let me bring my canines inside my home or get my mother. So I started screaming for my mother luckily she heard me and was able to know what was happening.!
After bonding out for $2,000 and spending the weekend repairing and putting up new fencing to keep my dogs safe.
My canines have never hurt anyone or another animal. I have no citations or anything involving my canines before this incident.
Currently we donate canines to disabled service veterans for service canines at no cost to the veterans. Myself along with Miles Jordan an Army- Retired- Disabled veteran of the 7th SF group/ 3rd Bat have successfully donated and matched 6 canines with 2 more canines that are ready to pair with a veteran in need.
The Cooper County Prosecutor Eric Phelps put in a motion to revoke my bond.
Reason: Claiming bond states I am not to possess dogs on the premises of my address which is located outside city limits in the unincorporated Village of Windsor Place Missouri.
The bond paper signed at the time of release does not include that condition.
Today February 28th
The gave me until tonight to remove my canines. We have no place to go so my bond will be revoked and the Cooper County Sheriff’s department will be hunting me and my canines.
Please Help!
