My sisters dog bear is sick he was throwing up blood profusely we got him to the vet they said he had fluid in and around his lunges we are in urgent need of Donations he is at the vet the treatment will cost 4000 dollars and we have maybe 1000 if we can’t pay we will have to surrender him or he may be put down any help is appreciated!!!!
