HELPINEEDBRAINSURGERY

Hi, my name is Barbara & as much as I hate having to do this I have no other choice. I was diagnosed with Chiar 1 malformation about 2 years ago. In the last 2 years my condition has progressed rapidly to the point of needing brain surgery. My flow is blocked by 80-85% & the intracranial pressure is 20 times higher than it should be. This causes me to be in extreme pain 24/7, confused, emotional, no balance, blackouts, swallowing issues, & I have recently started having numbness in my face as well as severe vision issues. I have not driven in almost 5 months & with my latest hospital stay was also diagnosed with Hemoplegic migraines & possibly Jacksonian March seizures. Again restricting my ability to drive even more. I am on disability & funds are extremely limited. I’m a mom to a handsome 11 year old boy & I need to be here for him.
I have been to several drs & never really seen as a priority but more of a problem. Until I found my current dr. Here lies the problem. He operates out of Austin Texas & although they take my primary insurance they don’t take my secondary which means I’m responsible for 20% of the total cost & room & board for whoever takes me for 7-14 days not to mention gas. I am not the person to ask for help I’m the person who gives help to those in need. This is causing me extreme anxiety as well as severe depression. prayers are greatly appreciated & if you could share this I will forever be in your debt. Anything helps & is greatly appreciated.
