Landyn Simmerman is 16 year old child who was in a terrible freak accident on Saturday January 3, 2026. He was assisting an over turned vehicle on side of the road when another vehicle turned the curve and lost control on the wet road way and resulted in striking Landyn. He was transported to the Med in Memphis & is currently in the Trauma ICU where he has undergone surgery to remove part of his skull to relieve brain pressure, has had 2 lungs collapsed, he has a lot of fractures and broken bones. He is still currently on the ventilator and the MRI shows he has a brain injury called Diffuse Axonal Injury (DAI) level 2- which will require long term therapy.. we don’t know what life will look like after this but we have faith that God will heal Landyn.. we ask for many many prayers for his healing.
