Each year, our alma mater, James B. Dudley High School, continues to pour into the next generation of students—and through the Dudley Alumni Association (DAA), we have the opportunity to do the same. Thanks to the generosity of alumni, the DAA awarded an incredible $30,350 in scholarships to college-bound seniors last year.
Last year, the Class of 1998 contributed $500 toward scholarships. This year, let’s build on that impact. We invite each classmate to consider a donation of $19.98 (or more, if you’re able) as a simple but powerful way to invest in future Panthers.
To be transparent, a portion of our class’s total contribution will also be set aside to support our Class of 1998 reunion fund—helping us plan and sustain future gatherings and activities that keep us connected as our 30 year reunion comes into sight.
Every contribution—no matter the size—makes a difference, both for deserving students and for strengthening our class community. The Dudley Alumni Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so donations directed to the scholarship fund are tax-deductible.
