I’m creating this fundraiser for a friend/like family who was severely attacked by their dog.
Mother’s Day 2024 Theresa was brutally attacked by their dog. It went on for many minutes which felt like forever to her and her son who tried so very hard to stop the attack. She suffered sever injuries to her arms and hands. To the extent her bones were damaged along with muscles, tendons, and nerves. She lost a lot of blood and tissue on her arms.
She is an avid crocheter and may not ever be able to do that again. We are hoping the Drs at St Vs in Ohio can preform miracles
She has an extremely long road to recovery with many trips to rehab and rehabilitation clinics. To which they have to travel for.
I am asking for any financial assistance to help them with transportation expenses, food and possibly lodging during this process Please keep this family in your prayers

The bones are healing up nicely according to the doctor. The left arm wounds are closing up nicely. Right arm on the other hand hasn't made as much progress. Still needs wound care which is getting expensive. I have OT 2x a week. I have little strength in my left hand and my right hand has no strength at all yet.
