I need help saving my formerly homeless, rescue Bernie. He had seizures on rare occasions when overheated. This week he had a seizure once a day until today, he had two. Bernie has an appointment with a specialist on Monday. I am sure he was inbred which led to heart murmurs. His teeth are worse than I expected and he cannot be sedated. Who knows what else is going on. Fingers crossed this will be an easy fix.
I am not emotional but this is ripping my heart out. Took him a year to trust me and fully bond. Now he is my constant companion. The timing is horrible. Wish I could ask him to hold off for a few months but this all has to happen this week.
If you would like to help him I would greatly appreciate it. Anything will help. I cannot bear to see him like this. Thank you, Tonja
