Good afternoon everybody! This is Rocky, he is a 4-year-old Bully-Pitty mix. I recently rescued him from being euthanized by a terrible owner so that she “could make room for other dogs”. His previous owner never took him outside which caused Rocky to have multiple medical issues once he was in my care. I realized something was wrong with him the first day I had him because he started bleeding freely out of his genitalia. After multiple vet visits and thousands of dollars spent trying to figure out what was wrong, the vet finally saw large cysts all over his stomach lining. This is making it hard for him to walk and eat, he is constantly in pain. Because of the fact that his current owner is a college student, I am unable to financially support Rocky through this procedure. I have put every penny I have into trying to get him better. Insurances do not cover any of Rocky’s checkups or procedures.
Rocky is the sweetest boy I have ever met, all he wants to do is cuddle and lick everyone he sees. He walks around with the biggest grin on his face, he is perfect in every way and it breaks my heart to know I am unable to make him feel better.
At this time I am asking the community for assistance to keep Rocky alive and healthy, so he can continue to grow in his new happy life. Thank you so much for your time.
