Hi!
My name is Adele and I am a mentor for the nonprofit Heart of Passion. I help plan a retreat for teens with cancer in New Orleans each summer. This retreat is called Red Carpet Day, and it is all about providing a VIP experience for some very deserving teens from throughout the Southeast.
On the retreat, our guests will stay in a hotel in downtown New Orleans, have breakfast with the sharks in the Audubon Aquarium, enjoy dinner and dancing on a riverboat, and spend time hanging out with other teens going through a similar experience. It is a fun-filled and bonding trip that creates a strong community of support.
Red Carpet Day is 100% free for our guests. Every donation goes directly to providing the best trip possible for our guests, from the hotel rooms to the delicious New Orleans food to the bug spray for the swamp tour. Your contribution would be greatly appreciated!
