Just wanted to give you a little update on how things are going with my little project. First of all, THANK YOU so much for your generous support! I never expected to raise this much in such a short time! You guys are amazing!
Since I started this handyman project about a month ago I've been able to help about 20 people in our area. Here's a comment I just received from a young lady that I helped out recently. Thank you for making it possible to purchase a fridge for her!
"After suffering major medical issues, my life drastically changed. I work in the medical field helping patients from all walks of life and all different ages. I loved my job and loved my life. But the medical alignments I suffered left me without a job, and without much of hope.
I first saw Andy’s post on a Facebook group, offering help to those in need. I wanted yard work and a working refrigerator. Things I would have been able to afford easily on my own before my life change.
Andy swiftly responded and completed my yard work for me, he went above and beyond and purchased an incredible working refrigerator with the donations he had recieved. He was kind, courteous, and absolutely wonderful with how he handled each step of the process.
I cannot begin to thank Andy enough for the care and attention he gave to me, someone he had never met, just wanting to be kind.
In the years since my medical issues began, I have lost many friends and I dont get much help from family. I was beginning to lose hope and fall into a deep depression. But Andy gave me hope again, helped me feel alive again. He showed me there are still wonderful people in the world willing to do kind things to those in desperate need.
I cannot thank you enough Andy, from the bottom of my heart, you have brought so much joy back into my life with your willingness to assist those in need. The hard work you did was incredible. I hope to one day repay you, donate to your cause and maybe help another the way you helped me."
