On November 25, 2025 at around 5:00 PM, I was kicked out of the family home by my Wife, who claimed financial abuse and coercive control over our 16 year marriage. The truth of the matter is that two weeks prior, I signed a quitclaim deed for our home, to protect it from a work related lawsuit from 2025. I was trying to protect the property and subsequently the family by doing this. My Wife seized upon this opportunity to have me removed from the house with what was on my back and in my truck, I was allowed to grab a sleeping bag, but not able to get required medications for Diabetes and high blood pressure. I am in my late 50s and was not prepared for this. My wife immediately moved her astranged 26 year old son onto the property (he had attacked me in 2017) and would have gone to jail, had I not begged the Sheriff's department not to arrest him. My wife and her son have recently reconnected and she wanted him to move back onto the property. When I objected, she said I had "no say in the matter." My Wife also stated that I no longer had any rights to the property and that she could kick me out anytime she wants." Obviously this was the the actual reason for having me removed, now that I had no money, no family locally & no support network. Furthermore, I was unable to take my dog, or say goodbye to our two Dachshunds, one ow which was dying from heart failure (she also falsely claimed I was abusive to them as well) while giving no examples of abuse, obviously trying to paint me in the worse possible light. On top of all of this, I have had two strokes and two concussions since 2019, Have PTSD from a violent incident at work, where I was stabbed with a broken bottle. I was also Sexually abused by my biological father from 12-17 (after I survived being hit by a car, flying eleven feet and landing on my head). I was taking Phenabarbatal for the first year (12-13) and was recovering from serious damage to the Left Hemisphere of my brain. My wife is a Nurse, but never asked me how I was doing during our time together. Everything was always about her or her offspring (26, 29 and 32 now) not actually children. My wife started calling me names right away, which got progressively worse over time. She called me a home Sexual, Stupid, told me to man up, said god was going to strike me down, because I have a different belief system that her. She said I was the Devil himself, that I couldn't handle simple tasks (very hard after 2025 TIA). I had asked her for help, but she minimized everything I was going through. I have spent my life protecting people as a Private Security Officer, I do not have a criminal record,  I do not hurt children or animals. When I needed real help from her, she turned her back on me and used my disabilities against me. I greatly appreciate any help that can be offered, I am fighting day by day to deal with this horrible situation.
