Tragically, my sister took her life just two days ago after a long battle with mental illness, leaving behind her 12-year-old daughter without her mother. Her father is currently outside of the United States and does not have legal status, leaving our family to navigate this heartbreaking situation and make sure she is cared for.
We are asking for financial help to support her during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go toward burial and memorial expenses, living expenses, immediate therapy for her daughter,legal fees related to guardianship, school supplies, and clothing.
Her previous school provided uniforms and school supplies, but the school she will be attending does not. She has already lost so much, and the trauma she has experienced is unimaginable for a child her age.
Our goal is to give her stability, comfort, and the support she needs as she begins this new chapter of her life. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean so much to her and to our family. If you are unable to donate, sharing this message would also be greatly appreciated.
