Hi, my name is Christi, and I work in the substance abuse/recovery field. I am a recovering addict with a clean date of 9-11-2022. Every evening after work, I'm DoorDashing to raise money to open a sober living home for men and women who have completed treatment but aren't quite ready to face the world alone.
Too many people fight with everything they have to overcome addiction, only to have their insurance coverage end before they've built a strong foundation for lasting recovery. Without a safe, supportive place to continue healing, many are left with nowhere to go except the environments they worked so hard to escape. I want to help change that.
Recovery gave me a second chance at life. Now, my mission is to create a place where others can find theirs. Every delivery, every donation, and every act of support brings this dream one step closer to becoming a reality.
