The Punch family is reaching out for help during one of the most challenging moments of their lives. Recently, their son Jace was diagnosed with congenital cataracts in both eyes. Hearing that Jace was facing severe vision problems so early in life was heartbreaking — but thanks to an incredible medical team, his surgery was a success. They are beyond grateful that he now he has the chance to see the world clearly.

However, the financial burden that followed has been overwhelming. Even with insurance, the cost of multiple specialist visits, surgery, hospital stays, and follow-up treatments has stacked up far beyond what they can manage alone. They are doing everything they can, but the bills continue to grow.
