After serving my country with honor, this veteran returned home carrying more than just memories I’ve faced physical disabilities, mental health challenges, and the heavy weight of addiction. Like many veterans, the transition to civilian life was not easy. There were moments when hope fell out of reach.

But this story doesn’t end there.

With determination, resilience, and support, I fought my way into and through recovery and today, I’m   proud to say It has been for over 10 years.

Now, I’m on a bigger mission than myself I’m in school now working towards my bachelor’s degree in human and social services I graduate in December 2026

I want to create a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping others who are struggling with mental health challenges and substance abuse, especially fellow veterans and individuals who feel forgotten or overlooked. My vision is to provide support, resources, mentorship, and a safe space for people who are ready to change their lives but don’t know where to start.

This isn’t just a dream it’s a purpose born from lived experience.

But starting a nonprofit takes resources: legal fees, program development, outreach, and basic operational costs. As a disabled veteran, those financial barriers are real.

That’s where you come in.

Your donation will help:

  • Establish the nonprofit legally
  • Develop recovery and mental health programs
  • Provide outreach to veterans and underserved communities
  • Create support networks for individuals in recovery

Every dollar brings this dream one step closer to turning my journey into a lifeline for others.

I fought for our country. I fought for my life. Now my mission and purpose is to fight for others.

If you believe in second chances, in healing, and in the power of giving back please consider donating or sharing this campaign.

Together, we can turn recovery into hope.

Thank you for your support.
