Help Paige Morrison Fight Stage IV Cancer
Paige Morrison has spent her life giving to others: As a devoted wife, mother, and community advocate, Paige has worked relentlessly to support her two daughters’ college pursuits while also supporting her husband through unimaginable challenges—including a massive heart attack in October 2023 that left him unable to work for over a year.
For 27 years, Paige successfully managed her husband’s shrimping business. Recently, she became the driving force behind a movement to save the U.S. shrimping industry, co-founding the multi-state U.S. Shrimpers Coalition as well as the Georgia Commercial Fishermen's Association. Her involvement and leadership has brought a unified voice to her home state’s shrimpers who otherwise would not have had their voices heard.
Paige's passion for community extends beyond the business industry. She leads her daughters’ nonprofit, DUET Kids, which provides free musical education to underserved children in Savannah, GA. Under Paige’s leadership, DUET Kids has partnered with schools, after-school programs, emergency shelters, and government housing communities. Together with Savannah Arts Academy students and the Savannah Childrens’ Choir, Paige ensures that children facing adversity can have access to piano, guitar, trumpet, and choir lessons in a safe, nurturing environment.
Despite her tireless efforts for others, Paige now faces her greatest battle: stage IV colorectal cancer that has metastasized to both her liver and lungs and has a 14% chance of survival rate. But Paige is a fighter. She and her loved ones have found promising treatments and hospitals that specialize in her condition. However, with her illness worsening everyday, the ability for her to work enough to both support her family and pay for her treatments is not possible. With your help, Paige could afford the access to the care she needs to fight this devastating diagnosis.
Paige’s impact on her family, friends, and community is immeasurable. Now it’s our turn to support her. Your donation will give Paige the best chance to beat the odds and continue her extraordinary work. Any donation, small or large, would be significantly appreciated by not just by Paige, but also her family whose only wish for the New Year is to give their mom the chance to the long life she deserves.
Together, we can help Paige heal and believe in the promise of a brighter tomorrow.

I want to thank every person who has donated. So many of you I have known decades but there are others who are friends of friends and a couple of actual strangers. That’s amazing. I am trying to figure out how to tell you what has been done with the money that has been raised; should I update it on here and share to personal my social media? Or as the oncologist who did some wild things while I was in Idaho at the specialist clinic said: make a social media page because you need money to fight this dragon. And it’s true. But I want everyone to know how truly humbled that you would support me with money when I know most of my friends are not wealthy and a lot of them sacrificed with these donations. May God reward you for your selflessness.
