Hello, my name is Helayna Myers and I have been selected to be a part of Teen Westward Bound 2023. This is a 23 day trip that leaves June 19 and explores 22 states in our beautiful country. I am so excited to have been chosen from hundreds of candidates to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity making life long friends and exploring these United States.
On this trip we will be visiting many of our national parks and places such as the Alamo, The Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Yosemite, The Olympic Training Center and Disneyland! We will also be visiting different colleges along the way which helps us explore where we could possibly start the next chapter of our lives after high school. As we are traveling we will not have any cellular devices so we can learn and take in everything and not be distracted. We will also have chores and responsibilities such as cleaning the bus,grocery shopping and cooking dinners with our groups.
This trip will take me places I would never have imagined but unfortunately it is very costly. I would greatly appreciate any donation to help send me off on this adventure. If you are unable to donate I would also love any prayers or words of encouragement to support me. If you need me to do anything for you, such as helping with animals or babysitting, then I will absolutely do so. I am grateful for anything and everything!
