I've reviewed public records and it looks like there is strong evidence of building code violations at the property and in your unit that Smart Asset did not disclose before accepting your security deposit and renting you the property.
I am willing to write a demand letter to recoup the money you lost. Please send me a list or receipts of all you money damages (rent, security deposit, moving expenses, gas, etc.) as soon as possible and we can discuss next steps.
