On Saturday, December 26, my baby brother was involved in a devastating hit-and-run accident. He was home for Christmas break, enjoying time with family, when his primary vehicle was struck and severely damaged. The driver responsible fled the scene, leaving him to face the aftermath alone.
This car wasn’t just transportation; it was his independence, his way to school, work, and everything in between. Losing it so suddenly has been an emotional and financial blow, especially during what should have been a joyful holiday visit.
