I will be having heart surgery this month and be out of work for 3-4 months. My family of 4 young kids and my wife rely on me to provide for the family. In addition, the surgery will cost over 20k even with my insurance. Any support is greatly appreciated and whatever is donated will not go to waste or some fun vacation.
