Sometimes life puts good people between a rock and a hard place. Chad, Stacy, and Tiny Chad (TC) are good people in such a place.

They had been renting a mold infested apartment that was causing health issues. Doctors were unable or not knowledgeable enough to make a correct diagnosis, but they knew some health issues that came up since they moved in were the result of mold.

With zero help from the property management company or any governmental agencies to remedy the mold, their only option was to break their lease and move in with family a couple hours away from their old apartment. They went from being between one rock and a hard place to another. Staying with family is a temporary band aid.

Chad and Stacy are currently looking for a safe rental and need to move in as soon as possible. Chad is looking for a job in the small town they now live in. He also plans on enrolling at the local community college in the spring so that he can train for a career to better support Stacy and TC (and future Tiny Chads and Tiny Stacys). Chad is a wonderful father and husband and a hard worker who is trying his best to provide for his family and give him the best life he can.

Funds raised will help pay for moving expenses, including a security deposit, first month's rent, and a moving truck. Any additional funds will be put into a savings account towards tuition in the spring. Chad, Stacy, and TC are grateful for any help and prayers you can send their way to help them get on their feet with their new life.

The previously raised funds helped Chad and Stacy rent a moving truck and for gast to move out of state to be with other family members. They were staying with some of Chad's family, but unfortunately, that was not a good situation. They are currently staying with some of Stacy's family while they continue to try to get on their feet.

Additional funds raised will help go towards their first month's rent, security deposit, and needed repairs to Chad's car before winter comes. He needs new tires, a catalytic converter, a rear wheel bearing, an oil cooler gasket, front/rear suspension, and a power steering pressure sensor. This vehicle is the young family's only vehicle, and they need it to get to and from work and errands safely, especially with snow coming soon.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your financial assistance and prayers!

Hi everybody!

We would like to say thank you so much to everybody who has donated to help our friends get on their feet and for all of your prayers and kind words. It means so much to them.

We have updated the goal to $5,000. There were two rentals in the area our friends are currently living that seemed promising. The landlord of the first one did not return calls/messages, and we found out that he rented the home to someone else. The second property had not been well maintained and had issues such as a musty smell in the bedrooms and staining on the ceiling (a sign of mold) and warped flooring due to water damage (another sign of mold).

Our friends have decided to move out of state to be closer to Stacy's family. The cost of living is reasonable, and there are lots of trade jobs. Most importantly, they have supportive family there. We have started to look into a rental home, a moving truck and gas, etc. We have calculated that the moving truck will cost a little over $1,000, and gas will be about $350. They will also need first month's rent and security deposit, plus utility deposits and other day to day living expenses until Chad is able to get some pay checks coming in at a new job.

We thank you so much for all of your help! This is really making a huge positive difference in their lives! God bless!
