Its very difficult for me to write this. My husband is an Army vet served oversees for operation Iraqi freedom. Do to his time over there he has been diagnosed with PTSD and depression and our 3 year old dog Riot brings comfort to him. However we have had new houses developing across the street from us and next to us and has made our dog become reactive out of fear due to the change. We don't want to have to re-home him since he is well loved and makes such a difference for my husband. But we need to provide him training for the reactive and would like to have him become my husbands service dog to help him more when out in and about (which is difficult for him). We have a autistic son that does take most of our funds due to his extensive therapies (ABA 9am-4pm, 2 times weekly feeding therapy, Occupational therapy and speech therapy) and unable to afford the training he needs to correct this. Please help me help our dog and my husband.
