The purpose and objective for Pathway Young Adult Program is to provide SUPERVIED housing for teens and young adults that have aged out of the foster care system and are homeless and not being identified and fallen in the cracks and may be influenced with the homeless population because of the lack of housing for this population.
Pathway Young Adult Program received our status as a 501 (c) charity in 2010 to assist these youth after assessing their needs other than housing to complete their education, high school (GED) and a vocation identified.
Mission Statement is to provide unconditional services, being youth centered, family focused, and community based. With the needs of the participant dictating the types, intensity and duration of services provided.
Youth will be assessed on their strengths (build on them) and weaknesses to develop Benchmarks and Goals along with their LIFE COACH for their journey. Youth will be tracked periodically to ensure that they obtain the necessary tools such as bus passes, food and clothing.

Youth MUST AGREE to continuing their education and vocation at Chattanooga State Community College BEFORE they are admitted into Pathways. These youth must be productive and responsible citizens as our future to continue in the Pathway Program. These youth must have an address (Home) before they can do ANYTHING.
Pathway Young Adult Program depends on the generosity of people to help fund Pathways. Pathway is a minority small business needing support to guide these youth through adulthood (considered an adult at age 18), but still children. Pathway does not have ANY government contracts, only depending on the public to assist us in this vital program. ALL donations are deductible
