Hi! My name is Leah and I am raising money for Miss America Scholarships as a part of the Miss America program, empowering women through education, and the Four Points of the crown; Style, Service, Scholarship and Success.
The Miss America's Opportunity's mission is to empower women through education. Women hold 2/3 of the student loan debt in America. The Miss America's Opportunity provides scholarship assistance - from the local communities, all the way to our national competition.
My goal is to create a peer support group for those with food allergies. I was born with a rare food allergy syndrome called FPIES. Growing up I felt alone with nobody who could relate to my food allergies. I don't want any person to grow up feeling alone. With the launch party that would be granted to me through this campaign, my peer support group will come alive! This has been a dream of mine to accomplish, and hope that you can help me achieve it!
